You may think you’re healthy, but are you? You might also think eating healthily is good for you, but there’s so much more you can do! So, how can you become the ultimate healthiest you?


First, let’s go to talking about how we are feeling. It’s important to tell your parents, friends, or even your teacher if you’re feeling down, hurt or worried. You should also tell people when you are happy, and celebrate! It’s not very good when you bottle it all up.
Next, let’s move onto eating a balanced diet! One of the first things that might pop
into your head is eating healthy food, mainly fruits and vegetables.
You’re not wrong, but it’s all about eating lots of different food and drinking lots of water.
Eating junk food is okay, just as long as you don’t eat it everyday.

Now, we’ll talk about our purrsonal hygiene, our third step of being the
Ultimate Healthy Me! It’s good to keep ourselves nice and clean.
We should also wash our hands regularly, especially before you eat and after you
use the toilet. It’s important to brush your teeth so they keep clean too!

So,
if you follow these three steps, you’ll definitely be three steps closer to becoming
the Ultimate Healthy You!
